It’s hard to believe 25+ years ago I became a dad… I have loved every part of being a dad and have a wonderful relationship with my daughter, Morgan, who has grown up to be an incredible young woman. She left home seven years ago to begin her university journey and since has captured a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, a law school degree from the University of Virginia, and now one year into her new career as a lawyer in New York City. She is doing her thing in a grand way…
A few weeks ago Morgan called me to tell me she would be home Father’s Day weekend to celebrate her cousin’s university graduation and Father’s Day. We don’t see each other as often as years past, but we pick up always like it was yesterday and I had the best Father’s Day I could ask for. It was simple too…conversations about our lives…past, current, and what’s ahead.
