These resources have really helped me push my body as far as I can go, through my head. It’s amazing what you can accomplish by addressing how you can use your brain for you, not against you.

  • This was the first Rich Roll Podcast I listened to and I was hooked! He hosted, Olaniyi Sobomehin, former NFL running back who fought all odds making it. His mindset, planning, and tools have been instrumental for me in my approach to training and on race day.
